Upfront payment: This secures your commission and allows me to start creating. With these details in hand, I'll craft a unique piece that brings your vision to life. The finished artwork will be exclusively yours, a one-of-a-kind creation tailored to your specifications.
Cancellation Policy
We value your business and understand that circumstances may change. However, to ensure the smooth operation of my time as an artist and person, I have established the following cancellation policy: 1. No Refunds: Once a commission is paid for and work has begun, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all fine art pieces and Guardian Angel Portraits. 2. Cancellation Fees: - Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled consultation or project start date: No fee - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation or project start date: 25% of the total project cost - Cancellations made after work has begun: 50% of the total project cost 3. Rescheduling: We allow rescheduling of a consultation or project start date if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Subsequent rescheduling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25 fee. 4. Project Modifications: Minor modifications to the project scope can be discussed without penalty if requested before work begins. Significant changes may require a new commission and be subject to additional fees. 5. Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond my control (e.g., natural disasters, severe illness, wifi issues), I reserve the right to reschedule without penalty. By commissioning a piece or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to creating something beautiful for you!
