Cancellation Policy
We value your business and understand that circumstances may change. However, to ensure the smooth operation of my time as an artist and person, I have established the following cancellation policy: 1. No Refunds: Once a commission is paid for and work has begun, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all fine art pieces and Guardian Angel Portraits. 2. Cancellation Fees: - Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled consultation or project start date: No fee - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation or project start date: 25% of the total project cost - Cancellations made after work has begun: 50% of the total project cost 3. Rescheduling: We allow rescheduling of a consultation or project start date if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Subsequent rescheduling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25 fee. 4. Project Modifications: Minor modifications to the project scope can be discussed without penalty if requested before work begins. Significant changes may require a new commission and be subject to additional fees. 5. Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond my control (e.g., natural disasters, severe illness, wifi issues), I reserve the right to reschedule without penalty.
